All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
Opt-In Data Protection: Your SMS opt-in consent data — including your mobile phone number, the date and time of consent, and the method of opt-in — is collected and stored securely. This information will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Data Sharing Limitations: Opt-in data may only be shared with our messaging platform provider and its subcontractors solely for the purpose of delivering messages under our SMS program, and under strict confidentiality obligations. We will never transmit protected health information (PHI) — including treatment details, diagnoses, or medical histories — via SMS. All appointment reminders are sent using generic language that does not reveal the nature of your visit. SMS is not considered a secure communication channel under HIPAA; please do not send health-related information via text message.
